The application must be delivered to the office of FCA Prague by the announced dead-line, can be in any form as long as all the requested material is provided, and should include images: by post, e-mail, and fax if it is of sufficient quality of reproductions. Only one copy is needed.

• Applications must be posted before the dead-line to be accepted.
• The application must include all materials mentioned on the application form.

All applications received by the dead-line are assessed by each member of the Grant Committee individually, and the individual evaluation is expressed by number of points (0-10)

FCA Prague will announce the results of the evaluation process one month after the submission dead-line. Applicants will be notified by letter if they have received an award, and a press release of the results will be sent to the press.
